¿ES POSIBLE TENER UN PARTO SEGURO CON UNA COAGULOPATÍA?
Resumen
Una mujer de 20 años acudió al consultorio por amenorrea de dos meses de evolución, se le
realizó una ecografía transvaginal y se le diagnosticó gestación única más hematoma subcoriónico.
Como antecedente clínico, la paciente tenía diagnóstico de enfermedad de von Willebrand
y síndrome de ovario poliquístico, cuyos tratamientos abandonó un año antes de gestar. Durante
la gestación retomó el tratamiento para la enfermedad de von Willebrand. Ingresó al hospital por
emergencia con 39 semanas de gestación y tuvo un parto vaginal. Durante el parto presentó
un desgarro de primer grado y un sangrado de aproximadamente 600 cc, por lo que se le inició
terapia de reposición. No hubo otras complicaciones durante el parto ni el puerperio inmediato
hasta el alta.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A SAFE DELIVERY WITH A COAGULOPATHY?
Abstract
A 20-year-old woman who came to outpatient office as she had been suffering from amenorrhea
for two months had a transvaginal ultrasound and was diagnosed with a single gestation plus
subchorionic hematoma. As a clinical background, the patient was diagnosed with von Willebrand’s
disease and polycystic ovaric syndrome, but had quit treatment one year before pregnancy. During
this pregnancy, she resumed treatment for von Willebrand’s disease. She was admitted to hospital
at 39 weeks’ gestation and had a vaginal delivery. During labor, she had a first-degree laceration and
bleeding of approximately 600 cc. There were no other complications during delivery or immediate
postpartum discharge.
